Our number one priority is the safety of our users and drivers. That's why we select and verify all Boon drivers to ensure safe and responsible participation on our platform. We also ensure that all vehicles are ready to drive and in good repair through safety inspections during the vehicle check-in process. Riders and drivers can rate each other after every ride. Your comments are important, so please feel free to let us know if something went wrong during your trip.
Driver and vehicles screening
All of our drivers undergo a thorough screening process. We request documents from all drivers and all profiles are monitored regularly. Our drivers' vehicles must be less than 10 years old and pass an inspection, so you'll always know that you're riding in the best vehicles on the road.
Accepted payment methods
Boon is the only app that offers passengers to pay exclusively with a debit or credit card. Drivers don't have to worry about being mobile piggy banks, and riders don't have to fumble through pockets and purses. Cash free = hassle free and safety.
Trusted emergency contacts
To share the ride faster, passengers can add trusted contacts in the application. Just touch the screen, sent it!

In an emergency, as a passenger you can contact your emergency contacts directly in a single click. Our Support Center 24h is automatically triggered.
Protecting your identity
For privacy reasons, all calls made through the app are anonymous. Passengers and drivers phone numbers are replaced by temporary telephone numbers that expire after 24 hours from the ride.
24/7 customer support
After any ride, we ask passengers and drivers to asses one another. This feedback allows us to improve our service, detect poor behaviors on the platform and help create an excellent experience for both our drivers and passengers. Our customer service team processes all rides and comments in real-time.
