As our Director of Marketing, reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the effort to turn Boon’s drivers and riders into dedicated brand evangelists, mainly through creating compelling online/social media content initiatives, as well as your own ingenious marketing ideas. You will also be managing Boon’s Marketing department, acting as a mentor to our talented and ambitious team, and creating as well as executing complex campaigns for multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with the CEO and management team to define local marketing strategies.
• Manage and develop the marketing team.
• Develop and control employee’s personal Goals & KPI’s.
• Assist in the execution of all marketing projects.
• Social media strategy development and implementation.
• Form partnerships with high level contacts.
  

Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with a track record of driving growth in multiple stages of a company’s life-cycle.
• Expert knowledge in Social Media and Online Content Marketing.
• Experience in the On-Demand Service Industry is highly preferred.
• A wealth of experience in managing marketing teams.
• Experience in launching complex marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with ad agencies and with production houses.
• Experience in market research.
• You are familiar with all ad related technologies.
• Significant B2C marketing experience and responsibility.
• Outstanding writing and public speaking skills.
• You have excellent spoken and written English and Spanish
