Boon is looking for a highly motivated, strategic, data-driven, and experienced Web Strategist to join our growing Marketing team. As an expert in this area, you will work with stakeholders, creatives, SEO, and developers to create compelling, effective, and innovative online experiences that result in remarkable, impactful experiences for our users. You will be responsible for managing, understanding, and driving success metrics (conversion, revenue, task completion, customer satisfaction, and others) for the most impactful areas of Boon. 

You’ll do this through a data-driven process (quantitative and qualitative) and by partnering with a cross-functional team to execute. Finally, you’ll also be collaborating with key product partners to understand their business goals and how to prioritize initiatives based on overall business impact. 

This is a highly visible role that requires you to be resourceful, creative, and persistent.

Responsibilities

• Unify cross-functional teams to ensure that web marketing initiatives are implemented with an eye towards performance and conversion while remaining true to Boon’s brand promise
• Understand and manage individual web commitments, including assessment of how/why we are hitting or missing projection – and driving actions to remedy any shortfalls
• Understand basic technical requirements and assist with quality assurance, ensuring consistency of customer experience
• Partner with Analytics and Experimentation to understand and clearly communicate web redesign/test results and implications. Determine and communicate the next steps accordingly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 
• Work alongside Insights to lead customer-based research requirements as needed
• Help drive long-term Web strategy by balancing data, technology, design, and customer needs
• Qualifications
• Our Web Strategist will be a self-starter with deep analytical and strategic capabilities and demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively. They will possess strong intellectual curiosity and a passion for achieving practical business impact. Successful candidates will have exceptional interpersonal skills, initiative, and integrity.
  

Qualifications

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years' experience in B2B marketing with a deep understanding of web standards and optimization
• Experience in identifying target audiences and driving website experiences that engage, inform, and motivate as well as optimizing websites, landing pages, and the overall user funnel
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Working knowledge of front-end and back-end web development and the design limitations and capabilities of both
• Clear communication skills that allow you to influence effectively and build strong relationships
• A can-do attitude with a detail-oriented, efficient, organized, and collaborative approach to work
• A comfort with a changing environment and ambiguity
